Welcome Ivan!

At 2 am I was fast asleep for the first time in 2 days waiting for some laundry to get done when DH woke me up asking if the buzz was the drier going off. I rolled over and my water broke. After a few moments of being convinced it that I peed myself we were on our way to the hospital. 12 hours of slow relatively painless labor later they had to give me pitocin. THAT was pretty awful. Two hours after that Ivan Holloway Monroe was born  

My husband made this experience so much easier. He was an amazing coach and stayed beside me the whole time. Now it's time to figure out this parenting thing.
