So, I'm almost warming up to Theodore again. Its what my husband really wants and I did kinda dig my heels in the last 2 times. I'm doing my best to give in (I know that's a big shock) He said he doesn't care what middle name we use, but he doesn't want Oliver as the first name and Theodore is his favorite so far.

I've just thrown some middle names I'd rather have a first in a poll. nothing is definite and I'm open to suggestions.

Is Rhys pronounced Rice or Reece?

Carl Sagan is one of my heroes and a Sagan is a name that's hardly ever used! Go for it!

I really like Theodore Sagan and theodore maxwell but I like sagan better

Rhys is the welsh spelling and the only spelling I'd use.


Reece is a candy not a name IMO.

I think Rhys has the best flow. My husband liked Theodore too, because he wanted to call the baby Ted   He's...special...lol

We'd call him Teddy or Theo. No Ted. I think that's my biggest hang up about it.

That, and i loved it in the begining and everyone gave me crap about it and now they want it. It totally killed my love for it, but I'm trying.

Families can ruin great names...they're good like that. We were considering Matilda for our daughter, and I opened my mouth about it and everyone just had to tell me how much they hated it. I should have known better, they did the same thing when I had my son.

Out of all the mn choices I prefer Oliver, but I think Rhys goes best with Theodore which is why I chose it.
