10lb weight loss progress

So I started eating healthier, tracking calories, and exercising at the gym at least 5 times around Jan 14. I started at 184 and as of this morning I am down to 174.6. I think that is decent weight loss for 4 weeks. I've been taking progress pix every Monday to help keep me motivated so I can watch as the weight comes off. Here are my pictures so far. I can tell a difference compared to the first & last. Tell me what you think!

I'm 5'11. I started with an hour on the treadmill every night. Then worked my way up to an hour on the elliptical. Lately I've only been doing the elliptical about 30 min then weight training my legs. I'm in terrible cardiovascular health so barely using the elliptical my heart rate sits @ 180-190 bpm. I think that might be helping me but I don't know for sure.

my tummy looks a lot like your before picture, and with the loose tummy skin on the side.
I'm 5"3 though.   I wish I was taller. I started off at 190 as well, and am currently 166

You have lost 10 pounds in 20 days, it is a good progress for the weight loss.
I appreciate all your these weight loss efforts. You should continue the dieting, and exercising till you get your desired figure.
In diet you should focus more on veggies foods, take green tea, and grapefruit juice daily for the quick fat burning.
