Time management?

I'm wondering how much quality time do you spend with SO and your kids.
One on one and as a family on average per day?
Also, do you work?
Does SO work?
When do you fit in working out?
Meal preparation?
Sleep?
Im just wondering because I want to starting working out first thing in the morning for 40 minutes on the elliptical, its in our kitchen.
I want to wake up at 6, eat, then by 6:30 AM go on the elliptical til about 7:30. I would make cereal for the kids, so that when they wake up all the have to do is come to the table and I can ask them about their sleeps while I'm still working out.
The only thing is that SO during the summer wont be getting home til 7 at night, and im going to need at least 8 hours sleep, so I'd have to be in bed by 10.

I'm a SAHM. I try to work out early before my son wakes up. I also go to school full time. My husband works from 3pm-3 am for 8 days straight, then has about 3 days off. I spend every waking hour with my son u less he's at preschool for 3 hours 2 says a week. I spend time with my husband before work. And on his days off. It's doable.

Because of this, I have started to break up my sleep time.I kno it's not gonna work for everyone, and IDK if your three yr old takes naps. I wake up at 5:30, 6am to get ready for work, feed/nurse the baby, lay her back down to sleep or play til DH gets up at 11, she eats and plays with him. When I get home around 3 we take a nap, usually about 3hrs then we get up and I do my housework and play with/feed her. We have family time whem he geys home around 11pm, put her to ned around midnight and have about an hr together before I go to bed. Just an idea of how a non-conventional schedule works for us.

I'm a single mom with 2 and 3 yr old boys. I work 8-5 M-F. As soon as I leave work I go to the rec center and run a couple miles (only 20 mins total workout but better than nothing lol) before picking my boys up from daycare. We come home and they watch a movie while I make dinner, unless it's something they can help with then we're all 3 slaving away in the kitchen lol. We turn the TV off and sit at the table for dinner and talk about our day...basically I hear a lot of "I played with my friends" or "so and so got in trouble today" We play for a little while after that then it's time for bed. On the weekends it's the 3 of us all the time, we usually go to the Rec for a swim or to the park, shopping, out to eat (when the budget allows it)
