How do you divide holidays?
The state of NH has a form for dividing time, and it has a section for all holidays.
Also, if there's a Monday holiday, does the parent that had them over the weekend keep them Sunday into Monday?

I'm so lost on all this.

with my sisters custody arrangements her ex gets the kids every 1st 3rd and 5th weekend of the month. They switch holidays every year. My sister gets them even year holidays and ex gets them odd. He also gets them on the monday holidays...he brings them home at 6 pm on Monday if it is a holiday

I have mine every holiday, unless I let them take them. I care for them 24/7 I should get them on those days.

I want to avoid court if possible. We agreed last time we split up. I think this time is for real though.

I honestly give her dad all the holidays, the only one i request is halloween and we both take her birthday. And we did christmas together this year.
