Muscle Mass

So I was diagnosed with Graves right after the new year. I was very sick and felt like smurf! I am smaller now then I have ever been (after 2 kids I am now a size 0) I've always been a size 10 or more. Anyways I lost a smurf ton of muscle too. I want to start getting my strength back. I can't even open a jar. I played sports all my life except the last few years since kids. I'm really intimidated of going to the gym. So anyone have any good tips where to start? Help. We eat supah healthy already too! My dh fully supports the gym and its 24/7 so I KNOW I will be able to make a routine,

My bro is a body builder and got diagnosed with that 2 (?) years ago. It was awful he was so sick! But he is alluded control now and back to preparing for another show!

As for what to start with. Do squats, push-ups and lunges. Slowly add weights to your hands while squaring and lunging and do bicep curls and rows. When doing cardio use the uphill function. Slower but harder.

Thanks! Ugh I have had a rough few months my butt is gone my legs are so skinny my arms are like string beans! I played football all through hs and everything I was sooooo built. It's weird.
