Lump on bikini line

I have a painful lump on the bikini line of my right thigh, It's about the size of a nickel.. I don't know what it is. It's very tender and red around the area. I'm going to call my PCP tomorrow but I'm not even sure if he's who I should talk to. Help please!  

Might could be an ingrown hair?

could just be a cyst. Your PCP will either drain it for you or diagnose it as something else.

The Dr. I work for LOVES to drain cysts in the office lol

it doesn't seem like an ingrown hair but what do i know? and do you know what kind of cyst it could be? i've had a large ovarian cyst before so idk if that makes me more likely to have cysts or not but i can barely wear underwear because it rubs it and hurts. wahh

i had one before not sure what it is. I just put a hot cloth on it for a while everyday multiple times and in a couple days it was gone
