period after miscarriage?

when does your period start up again?

And was it worse or the same than before pregnancy?


I miscarried at 5 weeks, and should have started today, possibly tomorrow, so I'm wondering when my cycle will go back to normal.

Sorry for your loss mama <3 hugs... When was the last time you got your levels drawn and what were they? It took me 3 weeks to go from 25-5. Then another two-three weeks for me to even start my period. Everyone is different though but that's how long it took me   Seemed like a lifetime til I started it again. It was super super heavy too, my first period after the m/c/ I felt like I was going through the m/c all over again. It sucked really bad and the cramps were horrible

My levels were VERY low,. I guess I should have been at about 6,000 and I was at about 100 when I was having my miscarriage...

I'm at 0 now. I passed EVERYTHING that was inside me AT the hospital... and some tissue while I was bleeding..

I got AF exactly 4 weeks after my m/c. And got my BFP this time around 4 weeks after that.

I had my m/c on the 12/12/12/ & it took 2 weeks for bleeding to stop. It's been 6 weeks for me since bleeding stopped & i've still not had af but had a Beta hcg blood test last week & my levels were at 10 iu/L so just had it repeated this morning to see if my levels have gone up or down so I should know by later on today or tomorrow.

It took me about 45-50 days. It was a normal cycle

Sorry for your loss mama!   It took 6 weeks for my period to return.. first cycle was just like a regular AF.
