It's all mental. Block everything out. I can only orgasm if I am in the right mental state. I fantasize while we are having sex, I talk dirty in my head(or out loud), I concentrate on what he is doing to me, and I usually get off within a minute or two... no joke. I can make it last longer if I think about something else but usually we get so worked up before we have sex that by the time we actually do it we don't last very long lol. I was never able to orgasm before until I realized what state of mind I had to be in. Now I orgasm almost every single time. It's amazing!

ETA: can you stimulate yourself while you are having sex? Use a toy? Those helped me when I was pregnant because I could only have sex in a few positions and those were ones that it was hard for me to orgasm in.

have u tried masterbating to explore the changes in your ''lower regions''? clitorus stimulation may help also. try using a vibtrator on your clit while DH is penetrating you.....or have DH wear a cockring to give his penis a extra hard ribbed feeling.
