The system hung had me on hold for 1 hour, and then hung up on me. So then I tried the online chat, and then kept getting disconnected from it. All I wanted to do is get a status update, and to find out why the contempt of court was cancelled.

I would call back and then ask for the supervisor of whoever answers. Then explain to the supervisor what just happened and how unhappy you are with their service.

Then explain how simple your issue is and ask for a response immediately and to have someone stay on the phone with you while they find the answer, because you're done being put on hold.
