"edible cake toppers"

would this be easy to put on a cake myself??? Anyone ever have one like this??

if you are great at working with cakes, I wouldn't think it'd be too hard. I'd e-mail the selling and ask for instructions. Maybe even youtube some videos.
I myself can barely even icing a cake, let alone get one smooth enough to put an image on it lol.
