breastfeeding happiness

My baby is 1 month old and I have been exclusively pumping because after being in the nicu for a week when she came home she would not latch to my boob and everytime we tried it was a struggle and we would both get frustrated but I kept trying and today finally she latched on and ate a whole meal without fuzzing im so happy , I hope she keeps doing this great , breastfeeding is a big goal for me and we are finally making progress   poinless post just thought id share and hope it inspires more mommas not to give up!

Yay!! That's so awesome!! This post does give me hope! I've been exclusively pumping for almost 3 weeks because my little fellow will not latch. I hope he does soon!

I hope my little NICU guy is going to latch. He's been in NICU 4 days and has only been fed through a feeding tube, and he's had a paci the whole time. This makes me hopeful I'll still be able to nurse   Congrats, momma.

Thanks ladies im super beyond happy, and for the mommas having trouble nipple shields were a big help for me but im glad I no longer have to use them, also when baby is hungry always offer your breast first then a bottle , and im using the mam bottles ive been using tuem for 4 days and I think the nipple on those bottles helped her finally latch to mine
