I am 33 weeks and 5 days pregent and i cant stop my back pain. i have tryed laying down and showers and eating ice and drinking plenty of cold water. Can any one tell me what to do i have back pain thay moves into the front of my v-area they last 30 seconds but are very often. What should i do.

It could be preterm labor. Go get checked out.

Try hot baths, stretching by getting on your hands and knees and pushing your tummy to the ground and then sucking it back in, tylenol or tylenol PM if you can't sleep are completely safe. Also, heating pads.

Yeah. I'm in the same boat. Hurts like hell, can't get comfortable, and there's no way your sleeping. I'm no help. I've tried everything and nothing helps me.

i agree i have tryed every thingbandbnothing works. i feel like a dead fat women walking around cause i never get any sleep. my husbad tells me to wake him up but when i do he yells at me that he has work in tue morning. i can never win but i do have an u/s tomorrow and than doctors on wednesday so lets hope that maybe they can help me.
