Why isn't that in the paperwork you sign when getting your belly button pierced? "will most definitely give you hideous scar and stretchmarks if you ever decide to reproduce"

Mine is awful too. I put a belly ring in last week and you could practically see the metal through my skin. Yuck.

And I agree with everyone on the belly button scar. And to make it cooler, I got a bunch of little stretch marks around mine this time....GRRRRR. Oh and I'll also have a nice little scar on my tit from having breast abscess surgery a couple weeks ago.

Good thing my kids are cute because I look quite unsightly right now lol

I haven't had any kids (expecting my first in June) and I think you look great. Especially for only 3 months after giving birth! Wish I had the dedication to work out like I should... Lol. How did pregnancy effect your tattoo? I have one on my side, a little under the rib cage (actually over my bottom rib a bit) and i don't know how pregnancy will treat my tattoo, lol. I use palmers cocoa butter and body butter after I shower. Hoping it will help to prevent it.

cocoa butter wont prevent anything. if youre gonna get stretch marks, youre going to get them. i had 0 with my first, and i have a bunch from my second. my tattoo wasnt affected at all, i only gained 25 pounds the first time and 20 the second.

Its just what I was told by my midwife.. Doesn't hurt to try. I use it after showers regardless.
