Of all the days leave it to my husband to be an ass today. I wish he would suck up his damn pride tell his dad he needs to borrow his truck. And stop being such an ass. I told him my contractions are 3-5 mins apart and he said... well that's not good. Maybe you should call an ambulance.
Are you effing kidding me?? Ugh

At 35 weeks, they would still try to stop your contractions. You aren't suppose to be getting more than 4 to 6 contractions per hour unless you're further along.

Sounds like Ur gonna have to. And kick his ass outta the room.

If you're only 35 weeks I would get to the hospital asap and have them stop your contractions!

Umm you're really early, if you don't have a ride and he's not helping, you need to call an ambulance so you can get to the hospital and have them stop those contractions. Don't waste anymore time arguing with him, just do it yourself.

If I have to call an ambulance because he is just being an ass I will do more than just kick him out of the room

I would pick up your cell phone and say okay well I'm calling and maybe see if he'll get off his ass and help you.
I'm sorry you're going through this right now. The stress can't be making your contractions any more bearable.

Probably just sit on bg all day...
I'm waiting on him to get home from work right now. I can't just call an ambulance and leave my kids at home. Besides the contractions aren't unbearable. And its not my first go round. I was just venting that he is being an ass right now. Lol

He should be pulling up here shortly. Hopefully he will be in the truck. If not ima shower finish getting my stuff together and call his dad to come take me. That way dh really looks dumb. ... id skip the shower and stuff. But its rush hour so id rather be at home than in traffic.

They most likely won't stop contractions. My doctor made it clear he wouldn't.
I had DD one day shy of 35 weeks. She was not a NICU baby. Healthy 6 pounds 2 ounces.
Only reason why we didn't go home within the usual 24-48 hours was because i had emergency surgery after I had her. So we stayed 4 days in the hospital.
The only 'problem' she had was with breast feeding and that was only because I couldn't even attempt to latch her on until I was off my pain killers, which ended up being day 3 in the hospital. So by then she was on formula and had no interest in the boob. They claimed latching issues, I think differently.
Good luck!

Thank you!! My daughter was a 36 weeker and spent 10 days in the nicu so I'm pretty nervous. But there's not much I can do at this point.

Oh and I'm sorry he's being an ass. Sounds like my DH.
I went into PTL and he was at work. I told him my doctor wanted me at the hospital asap and his response was 'I'll take you when I get home. Or have your dad take you' (he's an hour away and DH was at the time about 20 minutes from me)
Husbands can be such jerks.

Welcome!
Oh, that's not good
I'm so scared to have a NICU baby. I guess I was lucky with DD not being one of them.
