ah yeah I havent been doing activity points, and even with me only exercising 3 days this week, and going off the diet for 3 days I still lost 3 pounds this week. So thats exciting. I have like 5 WW recipe books, plus I look things up on pinterest, skinnytaste.com etc.
My fav lunch this week was 3 turkey meatballs [frozen bag from walmart, 1/4c prego marinara sauce in 1/2 a whole wheat pita pocket. DELISH. It was 8 points, but had 20g protein and low cals only 240. I felt full until dinner. Ive been doing a lot of almonds, string cheese, and fruits/veggies.
