I know it sounds crappy, but it really is a good thing they have caught it and are keeping a good eye on it. I had pre-e with DS3 and they refused to diagnose me with it. At 33 weeks my bp was 230/119 and I ended up with a placental abruption. Just take it easy. Wishing you a healthy rest of pregnancy!

As long as they have caught it, I'm sure you will be fine. By the time mine was out of control there was nothing that could have been done but to deliver my son, but they didn't and I ended up having to have an emergency c-section. Now with DD I have been seen every 2 weeks since my very first appointment to monitor my BP. Just make sure you rest, rest, rest. Also, you can ask your doc about taking a baby asprin a day. My doc told me to take one a day because it helps keep your BP low.

dont worry mama! they are doing what they are suppose to to keep you healthy! just do what the dr says. and at your next appointment ask them for a blood pressure machine! I know what you are going through, I go weekly and get weekly, do weekly 24 hr urines, weekly bpp, and next week start my nst! just take it easy and listen to what the drs say!!!!

dont read anybodies stories!!! everyone is different! they caught it early and will be monitoring it from there. call your insurance company and ask if they will provide you with a bp machine because it IS medically necassary. once you get the info on how to go about it call your dr and have them give you a script for it.
