How do I know what is mild? Her just being gassy would that constitute as mild?"yea I would think being gassy would be a mild, but from what you shared, it might be on a little on the severe side. I would cut ALL dairy, butter, bread, cheese anything that contains the ingredients on that cheat sheet I shared with you. DD would spit up large amounts and had red spots all over her face and chest. Pretty much anywhere that my Breast milk got on her, she would react to it. I would just cut all dairy out for now. Then if she improves you could add little things in, I personally didnt. Only because she was doing well and I was always afraid too.
Quoting lolajessup:" <blockquote><b>Quoting First Time Mama :</b>" yea I would think being gassy would ... [snip!] ... ate last night how long would that take to get out of her system to test again of its dairy or if it was the stupid spinach?"I would assume the spinach would be out of your system a lot faster than the dairy. The dairy can take 2-3wks. I would just start to cut dairy out now, just to be safe. Turning blue is scary, so I would def start with dairy since it takes so long to get out your babies system.

But she was also FT so maybe she was better at pacifying at breast without getting milk idk."Wow that is awesome though because thankfully it isn't reflux and she isn't spitting up!! We have had a rough day with little mans reflux...
