How is yours set up?

I'm trying to figure out how we can work this out. I work a weird schedule because I'm a waitress, so he'd probably get 2 evenings with her a week, and then he'd get her Friday and Saturday nights.

Does that seem fair?

My ex and I set it up to where we have shared custody. He has her one week, I have her the next. It's working out really well so far. If you work and odd schedule and it has to be that way then I think it would be ok to set it up that way.

My daughters dad gets her 5 days everyother week.
