Double Middle Name

For those of you whose kid/s have double middle names, do you ever run into any issues with like, legal forms and stuff? Do they just use one initial on things? Or one middle name? I'm sorry if this sounds really stupid. I have no experience in that area and we're contemplating giving squish two middle names. I just want to know if I'm in for any problems with it in the future.

My LO doesn't, but I do, and it is a pain in the ass with legal forms/drivers license, etc. They always just use my first middle name initial for everything.

My brother, sister and I all have double middle names and this LO will have two middle names as well (trying to carry on "tradition" on my side lol), and I have never run into issues with it that I can think of. Simple forms ie signing up for an email or something, where both middle names aren't necessary, I'll just put my first MN........... but other wise, I have had no problems.

My LOs do, I usually just use their first initial of their first middle. The only things that have their full middle names are BC and SS cards

Dd has 2 middle names. We have never had a problem. If she wants to narrow it down to 1 when she's older that's fine. But I loves the name and nothing else sounded right.

Christopher has two middle names as follows: Christopher Carl Kenneth. When signing papers we sign them with the middle initial C for Carl. So Christopher C. We've not ran into ANY issues yet. My brother has two middle names and hasn't ever had issues. I didn't plan on giving Chris two middle names, but we had to include both grandpas or their would have been issues. Lol.

My daughter has two middle names, they both start with S, so I just put S.

Well, that makes life simple.  

My son has two middle names and they screwed up on his SS card (only put one of his MN's). Other than that, no issues. The son I'm pregnant with now will also have two middle names.

My LO has two middle names, I just use his first middle name. Havent had an issues, knock on wood.  

No issues at all. I am not sure why there would be any issues with it on forms. It always shows on everything as Chloe Sophia C. then last name. Or sometimes both middle names, but everywhere I go that needs her name only wants the first middle and not both.
