That's what I used to do but it was too plain for me... So I added the lettuce and cheese into the mix lol, sometimes a piece of tomato too.

I've been making wraps recently because of the plainness issue. I do fried egg, salsa, and cheese in a wrap.

That'd be good with some sausage   I used to get breakfast wraps like that in high school and they had hash browns in there too lol

lol - the one day I made tater tots at 8am just so I could smush some into my wrap. It was good though!

Bacon cheese lettuce tomato and mayo

I mix honey mustard and mayo together, put a thin layer on each side of the bread, then cheese, egg, ham and another slice of cheese, then I fry it like a grilled cheese sandwich so everything is a giant gooey mess!

we were brought up with just fried egg, mayo and bread....it was simple and good!..now it depends on who makes it but I still make it that way, DH will make it with ham, cheese and he'll leave the yolk a little runny..it's actually pretty good.
