I know my brother and I filed the same day.
He was getting $200 something back, he got his on Saturday.
Mine is $4,500 back and it says between the 11th-21st.
We both efiled, using turbo tax.

its so random and arbitrary how they process the refunds. i met with our accountant last week and had our taxes prepared. turbo tax probably would have got our return faster. we're getting about $9,000 and *need* it badly.

I'm praying mine is here no later than the 13th.
I owe car insurance, only have $90 for it.. and it's $490.
but, if I pay in full it's only $420. so that's a huge difference for me. esp since I'm on maternity leave.

i hope yours gets here! i love tax time but its so stressful waiting for it. we didnt get the full child tax credit because we're "high income" which i think is bullsmurf that they consider us high income. sad.
we need to move and need to money for that!!

I didn't get the full child tax credit since I was so low income. It sucks.

I received the full child tax credit and I'm very low income also.

nope just moving across boston. cant leave the city. my husband's job has a contractual residency requirement. 3 more years of this 'ish. for first, last and security we're talking about $8000 just to move in. taxes couldnt come at a better time. we're both awful with money. we spend like crazy. my husband made well over $150,000 last year. i was shocked and sickend with i looked at his W2. really puts the spending into perspective. we also lived at my parents place for 8 months and paid $0 -- didnt even pay for food, and STILL didnt save any money.

haha i did realize it was you actualllllly! had to think about it for a minute though. its good to exercise the old brain every now and then.

we are so bad with money. he just got paid over $2,000 on Friday and now it's monday and we're broke, lol. not funny, but kinda funny.

i wish you lived closer, id hook ya up! my husband's family is so sexy, and all the hot firemen. im trying to talk my husband into asking his friend mike to move in with us. hopefully they work opposite shifts.

I can't wait. I need it to put money down on a car. Right now I'm car-less.

I filed on the 30th and when I check where my return is it says "please wait at least 24 hours after we process your return"
