Is there anything you can do

If someone steals your clothes out of the laundry room at your apartments? The door automatically locks when it closes so you have to have a key to get it in so whoever stole them definitely lives here. I put the clothes in the dryer last night. So told me to get them out of the dryer then I started doing something and asked him Togo get them. Neither of us did and now they're gone I feel so ba cause it was mostly his things.

Have you asked the office? When I used to live in apartments they closed the laundry matts at 12 and any clothes that was there at the time would be taken to the office.
If not, there's really nothing you can do. Call the police but they really won't do anything.

Maybe someone grabbed them by mistake and will put them back when they realize? Do you have a lot of washers and dryers? (We only have one of each so that's why I ask) I'd definitely keep checking. Otherwise maybe just look out for people who look like they're wearing them? I don't know if there's much more you can do.

Yeah idk what I would even do if I saw someone wearing the stuff. Probably just tell t them and look like a crazy person lol. These new rooms have three of each. They've been in there since last night so I think of they were taken by mistake they would have been put back by now

I haven't and the lady doesn't work tomorrow we've never been told they had any specific hours for doing your laundry though so it'd be weird if they took them.

I would leave a note
I left some laundry in the dryer last night and when I went to retrieve them the laundry was gone. I'm sure it was just a mistake and I would appreciate if whomever has them could leave the clothes in the laundry room or at my door (apt # whatever). No questions asked. Please and thank you.
Apt # whatever
It couldn't hurt since otherwise you basically have to wait for someone to walk around in your SOs clothes, know what I mean?
