Would I be able to wear head phones with my iPod wile its happening? Or maybe just ear plugs to stop the noise?

Dammit! Right before valentines day too.  

it wasnt bad at all. i was jammed for days and ate ice cream. it was pretty awesome actually.

i had all 4 out, all were impacted.
