Lol...well it's only fair that if he looks like a Callahan that you name him that, just sayin' lmao. At least he agreed to look at others now

That's what happened with our first. I gave in because I was so tired of arguing. It's not happening this time but I can feel myself dwindling down with exhaustion of this crap.

Well, he has said it before and turns down every single name. Hopefully it's different this time.

Don't let yourself get exhausted with it. If he doesn't sit down and look at your list, stick to your guns and just name him what you want. Good luck!

Thanks. I'm not giving in this time. It's my turn to name our son if he's not willing to compromise and I am SO willing to compromise. He can pick middle and of course the last name. I just don't like Callahan.

My SO was really hard to deal with when it came to baby names, and in the end I let him name our son. I don't regret it, but if we are blessed with more children, I will put my foot down, and will certainly get the final say on our next baby.
Your DH will get over it, just like you got over the fact that he picked a name you weren't crazy about for your daughter.
Hope he sees the light! Callahan isn't awful, but your names are great.
