re: U/S at 20 weeks?

I got ultrasounds and an appt sheet so I'll bring them with me   I did the first glimpse one since they offered a 2d option... the 3d ones terrify my husband LOL

Well yes I assumed it was not just the genital anatomy they were checking, just wondering why I see so many others getting it at 18 weeks, I was assuming they didn't have one again 2 weeks later at 20 weeks so was curious why other doctors did it then and not mine

Probably she doesn't like to do unnecessary procedures, where as lots of other doctors love to charge your insurance as much as they can!

It does suck but my u/s tech said they "can' see" anything until 20 weeks....it's more because they don't want too. They can see it, I know it would have been plain as day that he is a boy at 18 weeks so it's probably just their office rule thing unless you pay out of pocket.

eh not paying to them so I don't care lol going somewhere else
