Kidney infection

I've got a really bad kidney infection. No matter what I do I cry because it hurts so bad.   How the hell am I supposed to take care of the kids and go to work like this? It says the antibiotics take about 2 days to help

Nope   Mom is working, dad is in bed to get up at 4 am to get ready for work, their dad is just being an ass and everybody else just won't help.

Im sorry mama.   I get kidney infections alot so i feel your pain on that. If you can get some AZO tablets, it helps with the pain a little

I don't get paid until Wed and other than that I'm tapped out
