I could be wrong but that looks like its taken from above baby not below & those 3 lines look like the cord insertion.

Uhm its a very odd shot. I see three lines which means girl, but ... they look long and maybe it's rhe cord.

Do you have another shot? Coz that doesn't look like its taken from below baby, it looks like its taken from above & that stuff between the legs really looks like the cord, not a girl shot.
