non medicated saline nasal.moisturizing spray an.8 week old?

Is it safe to use on a baby? It says non medicated,the dr said to give her saline drops for her stuffy nose and this is what I have...not sure if its the same concept or if I should go get infant drops.

Well some of the ingredients were a little different, and one said for stuffy noses amd these say for dry irritated noses. Wasn't sure if it made a difference or not

I use the saline spray on DD (7 weeks) and then suck out her nose with the bulb syringe. She's really congested, and it helps. Her pedi told me to do this to help her tear duct drain (it's plugged).
