They dont ask for their BC or anything. I would lie and say she isnt two yet if they ask.  

Oh, I never heard of toddler price. You are still paying for a whole seat.

Yes they do. I've flown many times with DD on SW. They always do to prove that you didn't kidnap the child and for age. I just flew with her last September and they asked for her BC to verify age and my name/her name on it.

From what the site says, no, you're paying a cheaper price. Not the regular 231 (since that's how much it is per person for our flight).

I just didn't know how much less the price would be. That's why I posted this.

I called customer service last year about it and she gave me the price and it was the same as expedia and I said no I was asking about the discounted price and she said well being honest with you their prices are cheaper than buying directly through us. So with a toddler discount it was no cheaper than buying them all online. That was last year anyways. It sucked.

I meant buying from sw online sorry. It ended up being cheaper for us to fly united from expedia. She said their online price was cheaper than paying over the phone and I quoted what united on expedia was saying.

I called about the toddler prices. It was maybe a dollar different. I do like having to have a seat for my dd now, because she can be in her carseat. She sits in it really well since she knows she can't get out. I fly Southwest frequently.

Hmm. Okay. I don't mind paying full price. I was just curious about it. I may call & ask just to see what they say.
I fly all the time. It's just now DD will be over two and i knew she couldn't pass as a lap child. Especially since they check her BC.

I fly frequently as well. They never asked for proof of anything for my son. (shrug.) Nevermind, I guess.
