Who takes Lexapro + Xanax?

I currently take Lexapro for anxiety and depression but had an anxiety attack last week (my first in a long time) so my dr gave me some xanax PRN.

Just wondering if anyone else uses this combo and if it works well for them.

how often do you find yourself falling back on the xanax?

my lexapro is 20mg and im not sure about the xanax but I think it'll be the orange ones like last time when I took them (before I started on lexapro)

At the moment I am prescribed 3x a day at 0.5mg. I was on 30mg of Lexapro and recently went down to 10mg. After being diagnosed with bipolar, Im also taking Lamictal daily as well.

so you take the xanax on a scheduley?

Its probably a low dose, it works wonders for me. Just have to be careful bc its so addictive. It has helped my panic attacks soooo much!

Yes, I have alot of mental stuff going on. But, most days its 3x a day. Sometimes I can get by with 2x a day. But, in the am and normally around 2-3pm and then around 7-9ish.
