Ham and cheese with onion and tomatoes, Tuna fish with onion and tomatoes, or grilled cheese. What should he have?

That's the only way LO will eat a sandwich with lunch meat onlybhe eats turkey instead of ham.

He LOOOVES cream cheese and ham together. The ONLY other cheese I've gotten him to eat is Tillamok sharp cheddar. I've tried provolone, string cheese.. None of it. He only wants the sharp cheddar cubes. But he had liked the grilled cheese he had, even though it was other cheese so I thought I may try it again.
