First period in six months *TMI* Q

posted 3rd Feb
and the bleeding is soooo bad. I thought it was bad last time but it is worse this time. All I want to do is lay down and die but instead I am having to go to the restroom every 20 minutes to change my tampon so I don't leak everywhere. I have to wait it out though because my doc says we def don't want to put me on any type of BC because we are wanting to get my periods regulated and with wanting to get pregnant eventually this is the way to go.

Does anyone think that if I call her she can maybe prescribe something for the bleeding? At this rate paying for a script would be cheaper than paying for all of the tampons and pads I am going through.

If you are soaking thru a tampon every 20 minutes I would call your doctor. That is way faster than I think you are supposed to be needing to change your tampon. I hope they can help you!

That is just how my body is. As long as I am not feeling faint or dizzy it unfortunately counts as normal. I have always had heavy periods but not this bad. It just sucks and is a pain. The PP bleeding was better than this bleeding.

Mine are usually heavy too. But never as heavy as what you are experiencing. That's crazy that they want you to just deal with it! I'd go insane.

That is exactly what I am doing right now.
