Exactly!

this sucks and i feel bad for you. everyone gets sick at some point and it's not fair to say they can't rest or relax to get better!

but..... at the same time, i work, and have to do all the smurf around the house, AND i barely get a break when i am not feeling well. so.... it's kind of just how it goes sometimes. not that it's right.

Unfortunately this is common alot of men think women at home dont do much..... My husband used to think that until I was the one working and he was here..things are alot different now but when it comes to being sick most men are babies and cant help themselves but expect their women to be the all mighty when sick..its amazing I hope you feel better soon throw up on him its a little payback!

that sucks. i think i would make sure i remember that for next time he gets sick.

He worked last night, but has been home all day. He went to bed and slept 10+ hours today and just got up a little while ago. He is off tonight. I'm on my way to bed and he gets to deal with getting both kids to bed. I understand he works nights but leaving me with both kids when I can barely function is not fair to them or me. I'm not gonna fight with him in front of the kids, but his ass can expect to sleep on the couch tonight.

Eh. If he worked all night and came home after a long shift and hadn't slept, I can understand. He's helping now that he's awake and capable. I can understand that.

He has been up for a few hours and still hasnt done a damn thing. He had the balls to ask me whats for supper. And I have sacrificed my sleep constantly for him and the kids. He didnt need to sleep over 10 hours especially when he is off tonight.

I told him he has 2 working hands and to get his ass in the kitchen and make something. It was a PB&J and cereal day for my 4 year old.

If he worked all last night, I can understand him sleeping longer than normal. All you have to say is "nothing, I still don't feel good".
