Gotta love it. Not even tracking and i figured out when i ovulated. And af shows right on cue with terrible cramps. And it is my toddlers bday. Uugh no fair  i never had cramps until i had kids. Well time to raid my cupboards to see if i have any thing other than ibuprofen since i am nursing my 6 month old still. Grrr
