Hamburger (I usually do a pound) chopped onion, two eggs, garlic salt, garlic powder,& salt & pepper (or what ever other seasonings you'd like) pieces of bread (to hold together) maybe some worcestershire sauce.. mix it all up with your hands then roll into balls (whatever size you'd like.. I usually do one to two inches) & then fry the outside of them. Put in crock pot in your favorite sauce (enough sauce to cover all the meatballs) for four hours on high or six hours on low. No need to stir or anything. This was my mom's recipe anyway & I love them this way.
