I dont really know.... Apparently it would seem these deviant homosexual and bisexual men are highly toxic and are just going around contaminating all the blood

That's why I think Survival Lottery fits in perfectly.

Would anyone want to live in a world where organ donation is based off a lottery drawing? *shudder*

Here's how I see it. It really doesn't matter how many people are donors. Family of the donor would have the rightful say on weather that person becomes an actual donor anyway. Plus, most people are not ideal canidates to be actual donors anyway. The shortage on organs has nothing to do with how many people consent to be organ donors.

So no. I don't think that would be fair at all.

I believe a piece. It was in my philosophy textbook. If you go the Stanford philosophy encyclopedia, you might be able to find it there.

Thats not really fair at all. DH can not donate, so how would it be fair to tell him sorry because you aren't able to donate because of a disease you have, you have to die.

Its not cut and dry. Some people can not donate at all. its not a simple i don't want to donate.

I would have a HUGE problem if it was compulsory to donate an organ. My body will NOT be cut up. Now if it was only compulsory to donate should you be wanting an organ yourself, while I don't agree, is not as bad.

Plus there are so many people murdered for their organs anyway. Organ harvesting is a huge disgusting money maker. When Haiti's was in need of help, their organs were being harvested.

Absolutely not. That's blackmail of the worst kind. No one should be denied life saving treatment.

That wouldn't really work because I would assume it's the same as blood. I don't know what the rules are anywhere else but in the UK if you've been given a blood transfusion you aren't allowed to ever give blood after it. So had you been given an organ donation you wouldn't ever be able to donate.

Exactly there is already an illegal market for human organs, imagine what would happen if this was a law.

Really? I was not aware of that. I suppose because of the condition the person is/was in.

Wait for 12 months after receiving a blood transfusion from another person in the United States.
