WWYD with extra money?

we just got a check for $300, and I am trying to convince DH to put it toward a trip to Disneyland for 3 days.

it would make our out of pocket $550 for the 4 of us + the gas/hotel and food.

We currently don't "need" anything, and this money was a gift for us to do something fun.

would you do it? What else would you do?

I thought about that too.. but it's something that this person is expecting us to spend on something fun for our family. He said "No BILL paying!" lol

If you are already going to Disney then put it to that, if not could you do somehting cheaper for the three days? For £150 - roughly $300 we could happily do a weekend away with DD including a trip to a theme parkor something.

theme parks are pretty pricey here- and my kids are still pretty small so places like Great America and such don't have a lot for them to ride. I wanted to go to Disneyland this year anyway, but am having a hard time convincing DH.

I would take DD to Newport Aquarium and then probably just blow the rest  

Honestly, if you can afford it then do it, how old is your LO? We took our DD to PeppaPig World last year (1.5) and she LOVED it but i wish we had waited as we wont be able to do it again for years now and I doubt she remembers if she sees pictures she does say Peppa and Nanny (we went with DH's parents) but IDK if thats memory or not

mine are 4 & 5. We went to Disneyland last year, and it was so much fun! THey have been begging to go back.

Then yeah go back! I assume everyone has diddy ones like me sorry   x
