BPD

Does anyone have Borderline Personality Disorder?
I have it, as well as Major Depressive Disorder.
I really need someone to talk to about it. It's destroying my relationship with DH, but I can't tell if it's me or him because of having it... H e says its me thats the bitch, and I think he's the smurf. He's a recovering Alcoholic with MDD as well. Major anger issues.
I need someone who can understand me and tell me I'm not crazy.

i dont have it but i have a huge understand of it and open mind about it. as well as i have my own stuff i will not post in public.

can I pm you about it tomorrow? I'm too overwhelmed today to talk about it... but i really need to.

it's mine and DH 4 yr today, and it was horrible. fights, yelling, blah.

I've taught myself to deal with my anxiety and paranoia ... I have a habit of sort of acting in public ... being a different person.
PD is panic disorder

yeah i act too. dh notices it and brings it up in fights as "youre probably just just like this normally (crazy bitch), and youre just acting when youre nice.

wow seriously? My SO has been fantastically supportive through the past 9 years we've together.

I was recently diagnosed with bpd after 3 suicide attempts in the last month. I also have social anxiety as well as panic disorder. DH is really supportive, maybe try couples counseling. I am about to start dbt have you tried that?

well hes not always an smurf... usually he tries to understand and e supportive. he obviously loves me if hes stayed with me for 4 yrs now lol

he just gets sick of me being a bitch and of fighting for days in a row. then tries to figure out what the hell.

but see i dont think i'm being a bitch out of nowhere like he says i am. i feel like i'm reacting to him having a negative attitude for no reason and it just escalates from there. I'm very sensitive and was abused by my dad so i cant take it for a second if he has a negative tone.

we dont have a car atm... and live on a mountain so we cant go. i know we need to tho.

last night was horrible, and wanted to die so badly. but i never will because of my son. he's a mamas boy haha

but today has been wonderful! we even made love and were fine again!
until we fight in a few days... then ill be so down.

it doesnt help tht dh is depressed too. he has good days, but has a day a week where he just leaves us to nap all day and ignores us.
