Hot Laptop

My laptop has started getting very hot here lately.. Like it can only be on for half an hour and its red hot... I guess i need a fan? My question is, what is a good cooling pad/fan at a reasonable price..

I guess that would explain it lmao.. I have it in my lap and my leg is covering the fan...

I have a Targus brand that I think is $20-$30. I don't usually even have it on. As long as my laptop is sitting on it and not directly on my legs or lap, it's fine. It was getting to the point that it would overheat and shut off.
