Crying phase?

My son is 3 and for the past couple wks, he has been such a crybaby. He crys over EVERYTHING
I mean, if he drops something, he crys
He asks for milk and im getting it out of the fridge, he crys
He crys when i ask him to go potty (I had posted about this issue a couple days ago, its still going on)
When i tell him to sit at the table and eat he crys
He is going for his speech eval in 2wks but he does speak alot, its just very unclear to others but my SO and I

I have had plenty of one on one talks with him saying he needs to talk with his mouth and not cry for everything. When he is upset, to tell mom and dad or he wants to do something, let mom and dad know. Dont cry. He says ok sorry and an hr later, its the same thing.

Any one know how to fix this?

I wish I had some advice mama but Im goin through the same thing with my three year old, constent whining and crying over nothing. I just find myself telling her "Mia you need to stop acting like that, theres no reason to act that way." And she will stop. Shes also been making noises like a baby and pointing at juice when she wants it such as goo goo, juice juice. I think its a phase shes going through because laila (my 10 month old) gets attention as well as her and shes not use to sharing the spot light with another little girl.

It sucks and i pretty much do the same thing,
He has an 8month old sister
I have even tried to take him out and he crys for other members of the family besides his dad and i, so it actually hurts me that he crys for others.

talon went through that a little and the speech therapy helped because he started to learn how to tell us what was going on, he was just frustrated that he couldn't communicate.. he still whines at times but if we say "use your words" he stops whining and very clearly states what he wants so i would say that speech therapy will probably help
