For mama's who go to the OB regularly and ttc

What is your insurance? Do they cover everything? Do you have a pricey deductible? We qualify for medicaid, but I want regular insurance. The ob offices I've seen near me (that take this insurance) are horrible. They are understaffed and have tons of patients.

I have IEHP now but I used to have Kaiser. When I was TTC my daughter I went to the regular OB and he sent in a recommendation for me to see the fertility specialist who works for Kaiser. When I went for pregnancy vists after I was pregnant my copay was $10 a visit where as the fertility dr copays were $50.
I wound up with a c-section and my insurance covered most of it. I had to pay $800 out of pocket in the end.

So does that mean you had to pay 2300 before insurance kicked in, or if you payed more than that amount in co-payments they would pay the rest?

I'm assuming it meant the amount I had to pay before I no longer had copays.

I have a $40 copay for every visit and $200 for surgery/hospital. All my fertility treatments were paid out of pocket though I had to see an RE.
