You order a few things,
the main thing being a BBQ chicken pizza,
cos of the sauce, it costs extra.
you pick up the pizza, get home. and there's no sauce on it.

what would you do?
if you did call 'n complain- what would the pizza place do?

I would call and complain, eat the other one and dip it in my own BBQ pizza and you will probably get refunded for that one or offered another one free. LOL

call and complain, most places will give you a free pizza the next time you order.
For right now, I would dip it. lol

They would probably give you a refund or credit. Honestly, I always call to complain - how can they get any better at thier jobs if they are always allowed to get away with mistakes? I'm nice about, but I do let them know what they screwed up on.

I work at a pizza place and we would either
A) Remake the pizza and deliver it to you for free (if you lived in town)
B)Give you store credit.

They'll most likely give you coupons or a free pizza next time.

man. i should've called, haha. we just ate it with BBQ sauce cos we had a TON of other things to eat too.

I would take it back and get another one

I always take it back and get them to remake my order and with a discounted total off my order.

Ugh i had a problem with Papa Johns they sent me the entirely wrong pizza so i called and complained and then they sent me a new one the one i actually ordered but it was cut all weird and there was onions on it when i called back the manager was so rude it pissed me off. But i would call.

haha ours was a big mess too. like..(it was from dominoes)
we got two orders of saucy wings..and they were just their naked wings, with a little sauce drizzled on 'em. it was all kinda bad
