It doesn't look like pink eye to me. It's all in one area. Pink eye is in the whole eye. And you can also see the blood vessels. Maybe something got in it and scratched it, his running could have broken the blood vessles.

She just got her leg cast off on Thursday and Friday this showed up.

I'm going to put the humidifier in her room and Pray that she's better by morning..
