My SO's family has a family reunion every summer. They usually rent out the sitting area of a park for the day, bring food and games, it's a lot of fun! My SO's mom usually buys some prizes and ballots and people sign them and can win stuff.

That is super cute! Unfortunately my SO's family doesn't have a lot of kids.. hoping to fix that soon though.

Yes! It's so cute and the games are fun. I know a lot of people don't like family reunions but I love them. I think they're so much fun.

My SO's mother makes small gift baskets.. items in them change depending on the person. For kids, usually toys and stuff from the dollar store. For girls, bath and body stuff. Etc.. nothing expensive but it's cute. She also loves to cook and bake so she'll make little food baskets for people too.

Those are all great ideas! And you're welcome. I hope it's a great reunion. Ours was rained out last summer.  

We just play corn hole and hang out. We have huge family reunions in TN every other year, on DH's side.
