Painful popping.

Everytime I get up from sitting or laying down my right ovary feels like it gets caught on something. It's a painful pop sensation. I have to stand there for a few seconds until the pain goes away before I can move. What could be causing this? It happens all the time!

I did have two 5 cm cysts but that was in my left ovary and my pain now is in my right
