17 y/o throws a 9 y/o off a roof

This happened just a few blocks from where I grew up. I can't believe that. I can't even understand why a 17 year old would get in a physical fight with a 9 year old, that doesn't make any sense. I hope that the 17 year old is charged as an adult and that this poor kid survives.
