medicine while pregnant?

I just fell sick thanks to my hubby   what medicine can i take being pregnant? I feel like my head and ears are going to explode! My nose feels stuff but is constantly running like niagra falls, and i cant quit hacking up a lung....please help! I need some kind of relief!

Yes, behind counter. They also need your I.D then you sign for it. I would get a 30 pack to start, also they may need to call your Doctor to get em ready. Every place is different. Get better, I dont even know how I am typing now ...For me I will be sick till They can find something to calm my nerves of when I pop this baby out.
