I'm nearly seventeen weeks and keep feeling a slight pushing and pretty strong "bubbles" on the left side of my rib cage. Can baby be up there already?

I think at 17 weeks baby might be just below your belly button.

The baby supposedly reaches your belly button around the 20 week mark. Ribs come much later.
