possible yeast infection?

My DD is 4 and tonight before bed she came to me and told me hher pee pee was sore and itchy. I took a look and the outer skin all around her vagina is raw red and looks wrinkly like its dry. I put some cream on it but I have no idea what it is. My first thought was yeast infection but I've never had one before so not sure what I should be looking for. There was no gunk or discharge or smell that I noticed. She also has a rash on her bum from holding her poop in. Ever since she was constipated she's terrified to poop so she holds it in as long as she can. The rash is a bunch of little red bumps though but could that have something to do with it??

From what an ER dr told me, yeast infections can have discharge. My DD had a yeast infection recently. Same symptoms.. her vag was red and raw... irritated and hurt her. They prescribed a cream with steroids in it to relieve the pain.
